All hardware parts and finishes provided and installed by TemperGlass as part of a wine cellar enclosure installation are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship for as long as the original purchaser owns the home.
During the warranty period, TemperGlass will replace, at no cost to the original purchaser, any hardware part or finish that proves defective under normal installation, use, and service.
This warranty does not cover glass breakage, surface damage, chips, or scratches to the glass.
All tempered safety glass sold and installed by TemperGlass is warranted to have been manufactured in compliance with applicable International Building Code standards.
This warranty does not apply to damage or failure resulting from abuse, misuse, negligence, leakage, use of abrasives, accidents, improper operation, or natural disasters. The warranty applies exclusively to wine cellar enclosures and their associated hardware.
Any modification, alteration, or repair performed by anyone other than TemperGlass will void all warranties.
This limited lifetime warranty does not cover loss or theft.
