Based in South Florida, we help Caribbean clients source professionally specified glass products through trusted U.S. suppliers and fabrication partners. Our role is to review your project information, quantify the glass scope, prepare a clear quotation, coordinate fabrication, and arrange delivery to your designated freight forwarder in Miami.
We do not operate as a local installer in the Caribbean. Instead, we provide a streamlined supply-only process for clients who have their own contractor, builder, installer, or project team on the island.
Our goal is simple: to help you purchase the right glass, with the right specifications, through a clear, professional, and reliable process.
The process starts when you send us your project information, drawings, measurements, photos, or specifications. Our team reviews the scope, identifies the glass and hardware requirements, and prepares a custom quotation based on the information provided.
Once the proposal, specifications, and drawings are approved, the order moves into custom fabrication. Because all glass is made specifically for each project, approved orders are considered final and are subject to our custom fabrication terms.
After fabrication is complete, the glass is delivered by the factory to the freight forwarder company designated by the buyer in Miami, Florida. From that point forward, the freight forwarder and buyer are responsible for shipping, export, customs, local delivery, handling, storage, and installation in the Caribbean.

To keep the process clear and professional, TEMPERGLASS does not provide standard local field measurements, local site inspections, installation, unloading, handling, storage, customs clearance, local delivery, or any physical work in the Caribbean as part of our regular supply-only service.
All measurements, site conditions, installation requirements, structural conditions, local codes, permits, freight arrangements, import duties, taxes, and final installation are the responsibility of the buyer, contractor, installer, or project team on the island.
Field measurements or site reviews may be available by special arrangement. When requested, TEMPERGLASS may travel to the project location to perform field measurements or review site conditions, subject to scheduling availability, travel feasibility, and a separate service agreement. Travel expenses, lodging, transportation, and service fees are the responsibility of the client.
TEMPERGLASS fabricates and supplies the approved glass order based on the information provided and approved by the client.
